Teaching Info

My teaching is tailored to each individual student because no two oboists play or learn alike. I encourage my students to grow in their musical abilities, technical proficiency, and artistry all in a supportive and welcoming environment. Music making should be fun and I strive to show my students the endless possibilities it can bring.

I have handmade oboe and English horn reeds available for purchase by my students. Once a student is advanced enough we will begin to incorporate reed making into our lessons, an essential part of being a successful oboist.

I am experienced and skilled at teaching online via Zoom.
