Bio
Welcome! My name is Guilhem, I am a French drummer, composer, educator, and producer based in NYC. I have worked and played with Danilo Perez, Braxton Cook, Miguel Zenón, and Bill Pierce, and have performed in many venues worldwide. I graduated from Berklee College of Music with an undergraduate and master’s degree. I have taught privately for many years and look forward to continuing!
Teaching Info
The first lesson is always very special as I ask the student two simple questions: What’s one thing you like about your playing? What’s one thing you would like to improve about your playing?
Regardless of your level, we will be studying music that are based on what you like. Using backing tracks, music sheets, drum book, transcriptions, and recordings, we will use whatever support fits the best for your learning.
