Bio
I’m a professional and award-winning drummer from New Zealand that is now based in New York City. I have a wide range of experience playing live and in the studio including the hit show Titanique and the regional premiere of the Broadway musical Come From Away. Styles that I teach and are proficient in includes pop/rock, theatre, singer-songwriters, jazz and more. I’ve been playing for over 11 years and have been teaching for 6. I also can assist in students applying and preparing for college auditions.

I’ve had the pleasure of learning from some of the best drummers and teachers in the world. When I teach I incorporate pieces from each of my previous teachers and my own professional experience to form the best teaching style and method possible. Whether you are just starting out or looking to seriously further your skills and ability it would be my pleasure to help you get where you want to go. I have taught students as young as 5 and as old as 70 all with a wide range of ability and I thrive and enjoy the unique approach and challenges to all.
